PRIME SOLAR POWER is a closely-held commercial solar installation boutique, founded in 2009. Since our first foray into commercial solar integration for DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, MD in 2011, we have exclusively served national solar developers, such as SOLARCITY (now Tesla) and SAFARI ENERGY (now PPL Corporation), as one of their preferred commercial solar installers.

Robert Chong, founder & Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for the operations and project planning at Prime Solar Power. Prior to founding Prime Solar Power, Robert led technical departments at several top Wall Street firms where he designed and operated communication networks that delivered 99.99% reliability. Robert is a graduate of Columbia University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has also earned the NABCEP designation of Certified PV Installer in 2009.
Kenneth W. Richardson III, Managing Partner of Business Development, closely shepherds all back office operations, originates projects, cultivates and nurtures client relationships. His extensive entrepreneurial background in finance and real estate development is invaluable to Prime Solar Power's solar integration portfolio since its inception. Ken graduated from College of the Holy Cross with degrees in Accounting and Economics. He also completed solar course work at Farmingdale State College's Solar Center in Long Island NY, SunPower University in Upstate New York, and Schuco Solar PV & Thermal Dealer Training in Newington, CT.
